Why did my reading record, coins, and bonuses disappear?
Check if you're using the correct account. Go to the "[Me]" page and verify your login, then try to log in again.
Can I sync my books, coins, and bonuses to a new device when changing devices?
(1) Your purchased books and chapters are linked to your account. You can access them on the new device by logging in.
(2) Coins and bonuses can be transferred to your new device if it has the same platform (Android or iOS) as the previous one.
(3) If you plan to replace your device, consider using your coins and bonuses on the old device. Your purchased books will still be accessible after logging in on the new device.
What happens when I use different login methods?
If you log in using a different method, your previous purchases, such as recharged coins and unlocked books, won't be synchronized with the new account. To access your previous records, make sure to log in with your original account.

Coins, Bonus and Payment Issues

What are the differences between coins and bonuses?
Coins do not expire, while bonuses expire in 7 days after claiming. Bonuses can be used to unlock chapters before coins are used automatically.
Why do my coins decrease/disappear?
Your coins might be decreasing due to automatic unlocking. Check your episode unlocking history to see if any coins have been spent.
Why do my bonuses decrease/disappear?
Bonuses expire in 7 days after claiming. Check their expiration date in [Bonus Received].
Why can't I buy coins?
Official payment methods include Google Play and Apple Pay (IOS only). Ensure you're successfully logged into your payment accounts, have enough balance, and aren't restricted from using certain payment methods in your country/region. If issues persist, refresh your payment application and try again.
Why am I charged more than the stated price at the Store?
Depending on your location or payment method, a surcharge may apply. Review your bill in Google Play or Apple Pay for details.
Why can't I receive my coins in Wallet after purchase?
Sometimes transactions may experience delays. Check your bill in Google Play or Apple Pay to verify the transaction status.

Content Issues

I unlocked two different chapters, but the contents were the same?
If you encountered the same content in two different chapters, it might be due to an uploading error. Please report the issue to us at cs@swanread.net, and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Some books are no longer updated or updated too slowly.
Due to scheduling reasons, some books may experience slower updates. Please be patient. You can also help by sending the title and author's name to us via Feedback, and our team will work to encourage the author to update more promptly.

Coupon Issues

How can I get a coupon?
You can obtain coupons by purchasing coins of any amount or participating in activities.
What types/part of coupons are available?
Currently, we offer add-bonus coupons, and more types of coupons are in development. Stay tuned for updates!
Where can I use them?
Use add-bonus coupons when you're reading our stories and need to unlock more chapters by purchasing coins. This enhances your reading experience.

Auto-unlock Issues

How to turn off 'Auto-unlock'?
Turn off Auto-unlock on the [Me] page ->[Settings] page -> 'Auto-unlock Manage'.
